Do you almost never sweat even though you exercise, do yoga or stay active? If so, this may be one of the most important articles you’ll ever read this year. Why? Because regular sweating can keep your body super healthy…

…but struggling to sweat, can impair the quality of your life.

You see, sweating is our natural detox system. It regulates body heat…cleanses your pores…expels toxins…improves blood circulation…and boosts your immune system to a name a few.

What’s even more important, and less known is…

…sweating can also fight off tuberculosis germs and other dangerous bugs!

Here’s how:

In one study, published in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences, Researchers found that a natural antibiotic called dermcidin is released when you sweat.

This natural substance, also known as antimicrobial peptides (AMP’s) produces antibiotic agents from your sweat glands that spreads it to the surface of your skin…

…which wards off infections and other dangerous bacteria…

…protecting your skin from small cuts, scratches and even mosquito bites.

In fact, these AMP’s are SO effective, they attack the cell wall of the bugs, and break down the membranes of bacteria. Scientist now believe that it’s only a matter of time before they develop an infection-fighting drug that’ll be more effective than conventional antibiotics…all by studying the atomic structure of the dermcidin.

So as you can see, regular sweating isn’t just good for detoxification, it also protects you from nasty viruses, colds and flus!

Sweating creates a natural antibiotic callled dermcidin that protects you from cuts, scratches and other infections.

But here’s the problem:

Most people NEVER sweat enough.

This can be due to many factors, like working in an office all day long, while aircons power through the building in the summer, or because of the long stretch winters we get here in the UK, forcing Londoners to wear multi-layered clothing all day long, or it could even be hereditary that cause the inability to sweat—which is known as hypohidrosis (or anhidrosis).

Whatever it may be, this “lack of sweating” can create a slew of health issues that can damage your sweat glands, gush out infections, hold onto harsh toxins, cause nerve damage and even raise skin inflammation. As a result of that, some people are forced to do rigorous exercise just to release a good sweat. And often, this isn’t enough.

Luckily, there’s a better way to trigger a deep sweat without going through these painful exercises.

Best part? You can even sit down while doing it. If you’ve been a client of mine (and the wellness spa) for a while, you may have experienced our infrared saunas.

Whether you have or not, you can greatly benefit from it by doing it regularly. Here’s why: The astonishing power of infrared heat (captured within the panels) penetrates your skin 4 cm DEEP, which sets off a river of sweat to pour out of the body!

Not only does this help eliminate harsh toxins from your skin, it also blasts oxygen-rich blood through your arteries that keep your heart, lungs and other organs healthy and functioning at optimum level.

A single session might just be enough to kick-start (and maintain) that long-overdue healthy lifestyle, just like a drop of snow can be enough to set an avalanche in motion.
